Libra, now rebranded to Diem, cannot replace Bitcoin. Diem will be backed by fiat currencies and thus will have an inflationary monetary structure. It will provide easy onramps to buying Bitcoin and other cryptos when it’s on exchanges so I do think it’s bullish for Bitcoin actually!
